We totally get it, sometimes you need to return your order so we have made it super simple, really quick and completely FREE! We want you to LOVE your products just as much as we do so if for any reason you change your mind, you've had a change of heart or you're just not feeling it... no worries!
We can exchange or refund items if:
- Are returned to us within 28 days of receipt
- Are returned to us in perfect condition (we can only accept a return if it is unused)
- If the product is faulty
- Have been purchased directly online at https://us.neomwellbeing.com/
- For health & hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept the return of NEOM Wonder Balms
Please note - Our stores cannot accept returns for items purchased online.
To return this,
1. Fill out the returns form included inside your parcel and enclose this form with the items you wish to return.
2. Contact our customer care team here to notify us of your intent to return and pass over the below information -
1. Full Name
2. Address
3. Local Contact Number
4. Email address
5. Order number
6. Items from this order you are returning, plus image(s)
Please note that Wonder Balms and Calming Pens cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Any promotional products have to be returned to receive the full refund if the total amount drops below the promotion's qualifying amount.
Once you have confirmed the above details we will process your label and you will receive this via email along with return instructions.

As the parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives back with us, please ensure that you get proof of postage in case you need to contact us about your return.
